Tips for best results
- High contrast designs work best - Laser engraving works by removing material, so designs with strong contrast between light and dark areas produce the clearest results. Avoid very light or very subtle designs.
- Fine details are possible - Unlike other printing methods, laser engraving can handle fine details and thin lines. However, extremely small text (under 6pt) may be difficult to read.
- Color is not available - Laser engraving creates monochrome designs. The engraved area will be a natural shade depending on the material being engraved.
Important notes
Laser engraving is permanent and cannot be removed. Test your design on a sample product first to ensure you're happy with the placement and appearance. Processing time is typically 3-5 business days.

Tips for best results
- Use high-resolution images - Provide artwork at 300 DPI minimum for best print quality. Low-resolution images will appear pixelated or blurry when printed.
- Color accuracy matters - Colors may vary slightly from your screen. Use CMYK color mode for best results. Pantone colors are recommended for consistent color matching.
- Avoid white text on light backgrounds - Ensure sufficient contrast between text and background for readability. White text should only be used on dark backgrounds.
Important notes
Print Style 1 uses heat transfer technology. The design is applied using heat and pressure, creating a durable finish. Avoid washing in hot water for the first 24 hours. Processing time is typically 2-3 business days.

Tips for best results
- Vibrant colors recommended - Print Style 3 produces vivid, saturated colors. Designs with bold colors and good contrast will look best. Avoid very pale or washed-out color palettes.
- Photographic images work well - This method is excellent for photographic prints and gradient designs. Complex images with many colors will reproduce beautifully.
- Minimum text size 8pt - For readable text, use a minimum font size of 8pt. Thinner fonts may appear too delicate at smaller sizes.
Important notes
Print Style 3 offers full-color printing with excellent durability. The print is fade-resistant and can withstand regular washing. Processing time is typically 3-4 business days. Color matching may vary slightly from digital displays.

Tips for best results
- Solid colors work best - Print Style 4 is optimized for bold, solid colors. Designs with flat color areas will produce the sharpest results with excellent color saturation.
- Avoid gradients - While possible, gradients may not reproduce as smoothly as solid colors. Use color blocks instead for more predictable results.
- Vector designs recommended - Vector-based designs (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal for this printing method. They ensure crisp edges and consistent color reproduction.
Important notes
Print Style 4 uses advanced color matching technology. We recommend providing Pantone color references for exact color matching. Processing time is typically 2-3 business days. The finish is durable and suitable for frequent use.
