How does the proofing process work?

After you confirm the product and quantity we prepare a digital proof, usually within 1 to 2 business days, showing the artwork, print position and product. Production only starts once you approve the proof in writing. If changes are needed we revise and send a new proof.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product and the decoration method. As a working reference it ranges from around 12 units for some writing instruments to 50 units or more per design for many items. Send us the product, quantity and artwork and we will confirm the exact MOQ and unit price in writing.

How long does an order take from artwork to delivery?

Indicative timeline: artwork proof within 1 to 2 business days, production around 7 to 14 business days after approval, then 2 to 3 business days for delivery in Hong Kong. Rush production can sometimes be arranged - tell us your event date and we will confirm what is possible.

What artwork files should I send for printing?

Vector artwork in AI, EPS or PDF is preferred because it scales without loss of quality. High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 dpi or above is acceptable for single-colour logos and photographic prints. Please also tell us the Pantone or CMYK reference and the exact print size in millimetres.

Can customised products be returned?

Customised products are made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable. If an item arrives faulty or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will repair or replace it.
